2. Who is responsible for your personal data?
North Dynamic AB with the subsidiary Waxdepån Svenska (Waxdepån/NDAB), Tillverkarvägen 9, 187 66 TÄBY, 556068-5686, is responsible for the personal data collected and processed by Waxdepån/NDAB.
3. What personal data do we collect?
When you buy our products or services or in other contacts with us, we may collect personal data such as full name, address, email address, phone number, personal identification number, car registration number, payment details, purchase and order history, and other case-related information such as information you have provided in contacts with our staff.
In addition to the personal data that you as a customer or interested party provide to us, we also collect address information and information about your car from the Swedish Transport Agency’s register to reach you with relevant and good offers.
4. Why do we process your personal data?

If your question concerns a complaint, we will process your data to be able to fulfill our obligations under applicable purchase and consumer legislation, and we will process your data on the legal basis that is based on our purchase agreement with you.

Waxdepån/NDAB has procedures to ensure that we do not store unnecessary data about you, and we minimize the storage time as much as possible.

Tracking, via so-called pixels, is a method of “following” visitors on the website so that your online habits can guide which ads you receive. We use tracking for those who have shown interest in Waxdepån.

Facebook. So that we can target advertising on Facebook to the IP numbers that have visited Waxdepån’s website. Waxdepån does not handle any information about individuals or what they do on Facebook. Facebook follows the current data protection law in the EU and will comply with GDPR.
Google. We use Google Analytics to analyze and develop Waxdepån’s website. We anonymize the IP addresses so that these cannot be linked to individuals.
Hubspot. We use Hubspot as a CRM system.
