PPS® Graphene is a further development of our ceramic paint protection, reinforced with graphene. Developed by us in Sweden for our demanding Nordic climate and manufactured in Germany. It is a modern, long-term protective paint sealing system that withstands both degreasers and all available car cleaning products on the consumer market, which also means you can wash your car in an automatic car wash without compromising the protection. Since the base of the paint protection is similar to PPS® Ceramic, they share similar properties, but in PPS® Graphene, many of these have been refined and improved. PPS® Graphene gives the paint a very hard surface with significantly deeper gloss and luster, as well as substantially increased resistance to dirt, oxidation, and surface scratches, without being a complete scratch protection. Furthermore, this is our absolute best Easy-to-Clean treatment. This is how PPS® Graphene works
A ceramic paint protection treatment like PPS® Graphene is applied in several steps. The base consists of a layer that fills pores and other imperfections. After the base layer has cured properly, we apply an additional layer as a topcoat. The treatment forms a three-dimensional ceramic structure that provides a very hard yet flexible protective layer consisting of, among other things, (silicon dioxide) and graphene. In this way, PPS® Graphene effectively protects painted surfaces as well as plastic and aluminum details against external influences such as UV fading and oxidation. The addition of graphene creates an exceptional barrier with chemical resistance and heat tolerance. This reinforces the durability of the paint protection and ensures that the paint retains its gloss and texture for a longer period – even under extreme conditions.
This is what we do when applying PPS® Graphene
First and foremost, your car undergoes a thorough wash to remove traffic film, fallout, and tar spots from the paint. Our PPS®-certified detailers polish and inspect the paint before the treatment is applied in several steps. With PPS® Graphene, we also treat all exterior plastic and aluminum details, such as trim and light lenses—surfaces that are often otherwise left unprotected against, for example, UV fading. Finally, we perform a meticulous inspection and quality control. The treatment takes approximately 24 hours, and in the meantime, you can borrow a car from us at no extra cost.
